Hi, I’m Kayla — founder of Monarch Collaborative, a brand studio for small businesses and creatives who are ready to stop playing small and build brands that feel as strong and intentional as the work behind them.
What started as a passion for design and photography has evolved into something more: a strategic, collaborative approach to branding that goes beyond aesthetics and focuses on building something that actually works for your business.

A Few Things You Should Know
Outside of my work, I’m a photographer, creative, and mom, balancing business and life in a way that continues to shape how I approach both. I believe in building something meaningful, not just for today, but for the long term.
Coffee is non-negotiable. It’s less of a beverage and more of a personality trait at this point.
I am a mom of two, plus a Boston Terrier who is fully convinced he runs the house.
I live in Salem, Massachusetts, yes, Witch City, which honestly tracks with the creative energy.
I firmly believe cheetah print is a neutral and deserves a place in every wardrobe.
Tacos will win every time. No questions asked.
I own an excessive number of copies of Romeo and Juliet. I buy one at every bookstore I walk into and have zero regrets.
My reading list lives somewhere between spicy romance and thriller mysteries, balance, obviously.
